In this session, participants will explore strategies for guiding Learning Walks with a focus on ensuring alignment between instruction and assessment. Attendees will develop skills to observe classrooms, collect meaningful evidence, and facilitate reflective discussions that support instructional mastery. Additionally, participants will build an understanding of coaching strategies to strengthen alignment and drive impactful teaching and learning practices.

Lever 2: High-Impact Strategies Comprehension and Knowledge Building
In this session, participants will explore high-impact strategies that support comprehension and knowledge building, connect them to the walkthrough tool, and plan the next steps for effective implementation.  Additionally, participants will examine the relationship between the strategies document and the walkthrough tool to strengthen implementation and support effective teaching practices.

Lever 3: Collaborative Strategy Session with Behavioral Health
This session provides principals with consultative opportunities to partner with the Behavioral Health team. Together, participants will engage in strategic discussions focused on professional learning offerings, schoolwide problem-solving, data analysis, and effective walkthrough practices. The session will emphasize collaboration and actionable next steps to address school needs and support student success.

In this session, we will review how to create visualizations that best represent the main idea/conclusion from a data set. In essence, how to use the right chart for your data.
