In this session participants will gain a better understanding of navigating employee relations' situations within the school environment. From addressing conduct and performance concerns, to gaining a deeper understanding of the school’s role in Title IX reviews or in providing accommodations for employees, participants will learn key processes to ensure improved staff relations and positive outcomes. Sample letters, sample emails, process checklists, sample observation comments, relevant Board Policies, and other valuable resources will be provided. (Device Required)
