Supporting principals in guiding teachers to implement Lever 2, Focus 2.1 (Engagement and Interaction Strategies), enhancing student engagement and interaction.

• Participants will develop skills using Lever 2 Engagement and Interaction, Focus 2.1 (Engagement and Interaction Strategies) to describe what effective engagement looks like at the elementary and secondary levels and summarize the impact of these strategies on student learning outcomes.

• Understand how to support and apply strategies for Lever 2 Engagement and Interaction, Focus 2.1 (Engagement and Interaction) by exploring techniques and describing their application within classroom environments

• Develop next steps for implementing the Lever 2 Learning Walk Tool with a focus on Focus 2.1 (Engagement and Interaction Look Fors) to support effective instructional practices.
